Digital designs

• Fulfillment - Projects generated by our Creator are fully digital and entirely prepared by our software, which also includes usage of AI models. The fulfillment time is usually around a few minutes, and in rare cases, it may take up to several dozen minutes in situations of increased server load.
• Shipment - These designs are delivered as graphic files in two variants: medium-resolution files for design proposals, and high-resolution files for the accepted and paid final design. Shipment occurs immediately after fulfillment via an email containing a link to the file in the case of the final project, and all generated files are also available in the given Design page in our Service under the User Account section.

Physical items

• Fulfillment - We do not independently carry out the production of physical items. This is done through a network of intermediaries and partners selected by us. If you wish to order a physical item based on a digital design, we, on behalf of the User, transfer the digital design to the company producing that type of item through an intermediary company. Payment is made through our service, and we settle the further order directly with the intermediary and/or fulfillment company on behalf of the User. Fulfillment time depends on the specific fulfillment company, as well as the type of item selected, and is usually from 2 to 7 business days. The User is informed about the current status of the order fulfillment via email messages and in the order details in our service.
• Shipment - Just like with fulfillment, we do not directly handle the shipment of fulfilled items. At the stage of transferring the design to an external company for fulfillment, we also transfer the data provided by the User, such as the delivery address or contact number, to which the parcel will be sent after fulfillment. The shipment is usually sent by courier companies. The specific carrier and delivery time will depend on the country of shipment (the fulfillment company) and the destination country (User's address). Delivery time may range from a few to a dozen business days, but in most cases, it is completed within 5 business days from the date of order fulfillment. The User is informed about the current shipping status and receives a tracking number to track the parcel via email messages and in the order details in our service.
